Payment Terms

Invoices are due according to the specified terms on your invoice (COD, 14 days, 30 days).

Ownership

All items sold remain the property of Coastal Skylights until paid for in full. Coastal Skylights may reclaim goods if payment is not made.

Returns

Returns require prior written approval and may be subject to a restocking fee. Items must be returned in original condition.

Warranty

Coastal Skylights have a seven year workmanship warranty.

Collection Costs

Customer agrees to pay any costs incurred in collecting overdue payments, including reasonable legal fees.
