The cost varies depending on the size, type (fixed/opening/tubular), and installation complexity. Most installations range from $500 to $1975+. We provide free quotes to give you an accurate price.

3. How long does installation take?
Most standard skylight installations can be completed in 2 hours. More complex projects may take longer depending on flashing requirements and any shaft work if needed.

4. Do you offer supply-only products for people who want to DIY the installation themselves?
Yes, we do! Aside from installation services, we also offer supply-only services, providing a wide range of skylight and ventilation products to roofers, builders, and homeowners who prefer to handle the installation work themselves. We can supply complete skylight kits, roof windows, and ventilation systems for DIYers and our team are happy to provide installation advice and guidance if needed.

5. What types of skylights do you offer?
We offer a range including fixed skylights, vented (opening) skylights, tubular skylights, and custom designs to suit different spaces and budgets.

6. Can skylights be installed in any room?
Yes, common areas include kitchens, bathrooms, hallways, and living rooms. We assess your roof structure and ceiling space to recommend the best option.

7. Do skylights leak?
A properly installed, high-quality skylight should not leak. Most leaks occur due to poor installation or aging seals. We use proven installation methods to ensure a watertight finish.

8. How do I clean a skylight?
Many modern skylights are designed with self-cleaning glass. For manual cleaning, warm soapy water and a soft cloth are usually sufficient. For tubular skylights, all internal diffusers are easily removable to clean if required.

9. How long do skylights last?
A well-installed skylight can last 20–30 years or more, depending on the materials and maintenance.

10. Can you repair existing skylights?
Yes, we can assess and repair issues such as leaks, damaged flashings, or worn seals.

11. Are you licensed and insured?

12. Do you offer a warranty?
We offer warranties on both our products and workmanship. Specific terms depend on the skylight type and installation.
